Principal Market Making (PMM) uses a loan-plus-call-option structure with live performance metrics. Designated Market Making (DMM) is fee-based with performance sharing under a defined service agreement.

Yes. Acheron Europe B.V. is authorized by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM) as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under MiCA, effective May 27, 2025.
